Charlie Sheen to be charged with a felony



Sources tell TMZ that Charlie Sheen will be charged with felony menacing in connection with his Christmas Day arrest in Aspen for threatening his wife Brooke Mueller.

Authorities also plan to charge him with misdemeanor assault. The charges are expected to be filed either later today or first thing Monday, with Charlie in court Monday for arraignment. He is not expected to enter a plea at that time.
