Melissa Rycroft gets a new job



Former Bachelor and Dancing With the Stars contestant, Melissa Rycroft, has signed on to be a special correspondent for Entertainment Tonight.

She just covered the We Are The World recording session in El Lay on Monday as her first assignment. The beauty also reports for Good Morning America and joined Ryan Seacrest in Times Square for NYE!
