Brittany Murphy cause of death revealed

The LA County Coroner's report on Brittany Murphy's death was released yesterday, listing multiple factors for the cause of death.
Brittany's death was ruled "accidental," with the primary causes listed as pneumonia and "iron deficiency anemia," although multiple drug intoxication and drug intake were also listed.
According to TMZ, officials at the coroner's office say Brittany's condition was "treatable," but she was not taken to the hospital in time. "Had someone said, 'You are going [to the doctor]' and thrown her in the car, she might be alive today," Assistant Chief Ed Winter told Us.
The coroner did not release the list of drugs in Brittany's system, but Winter said they were, "prescription drugs and some over the counter meds. Nothing illegal."
